BER SYSTEMS, INC. High Grade Organic Fertilizer Manufacturing
If you are interested in doing away with expensive digestion, rancid lagoons, odor intensive drying beds, and the expensive and wasteful chore of DISPOSAL, keep reading. Keep reading if you are fed up with the inefficient economics of composting or other forms of trying to make a fertilizer out of sludge. THE BER PROCESS IS SCALEABLE TO PLANTS WITH INFLOWS FROM 1 TO 400+ MGD
The BER process (Biosolids Enrichment and Recycling) is a unique method for the complete treatment of municipal biosolids (sludge), saving the WWTP operator from the wasteful task of disposal, thus reducing costs and eliminating permitting problems.
FROM THIS RAW UNTREATED RESOURCE TO:
THESE FINISHED HIGH VALUE FERTILIZER PRODUCTS
Granulated, Powdered, Pelleted - Fertilizer This unique method produces an enriched (enhanced / fortified) fertilizer using macro-nutrient additions during sterilization (pasteurization) and completion of a Process for the Further Reduction of Pathogens (PFRP) which meets all EPA 503 requirements for an "exceptional quality fertilizer" while eliminating virtually all conventional solids handling tasks...including disposal. A fertilizer that carries the added nutrient value of the sterilizing agricultural chemistry utilized; nutrients, which through chelation, group within the organic matrix. A business plan demonstrates the method for recouping operating costs with the sale of the finished fertilizer products. This is NOT a composting technology and this is NOT simply an addition of nutrient chemistry added on top of dried solids... THIS IS SOMETHING VERY DIFFERENT
